We gladly accept returns on all orders of unopenedunworn, and undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date. We also accept claims of malfunctioning Mud Whip frothers within 1 year of the purchase date.

To start a return,

Items returned without using our authorized return process will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

If the returned item is open, worn, or damaged upon arrival at our facility, we will not honor any previously approved refund or replacement.

Please take care in packing your MUD\WTR items for return. We are not responsible for any non-MUD\WTR items that are shipped back to our facility.

Refunds will be made only in the form of the original payment.

Canada & Australia Returns

MUD\WTR will accept returns from Canada and Australia, although currently we don’t provide return shipping labels for these locations. We’re working on it! In the meantime, feel free to submit your return using the “Start” button below and by providing your own label.

Yes, your shipping frequency can be set to 30, 60 or 90 days by visiting your subscription management page. You can change it anytime.

You sure can. Log in to your MUD\WTR account and click on Manage to access your subscription details. From there, click Manage on the subscription you want to skip or delay. From there, click on Next charge date and pick your preferred date.

You can upgrade to a larger serving bag or change products from your MUD\WTR account. Click on Manage to access your subscription details, then click Manage on the subscription you want to change and click Swap Product. From there, you can choose a new product.

Standard shipping is free for subscription orders in the U.S.

To speed up your subscription order, you can pay a lil’ extra:
· 3 business days: $10
· 2 business days: $15
For on-demand customers, it depends how quickly ya want your order to arrive:
· Standard shipping (4-8 business days): $5
· 3 business days: $10
· 2 business days: $15
Canadian shipping
Shipping to Canada is $10 flat rate, whether you’re in Niagara Falls or Yellowknife.

This applies to both subscription and on-demand orders.

Australian shipping
Shipping to Australia is $15 AUD flat rate.

This applies to both subscription and on-demand orders.

 

U.S. shipping

Standard shipping orders usually arrive within 4-8 business days.

For faster shipping options, expected delivery times are indicated in the name.

Canadian shipping

Shipping usually takes about 10 business days, although border delays are out of our hands.

Because of import limits and other boring stuff, customers living in Canada are limited to 90 servings per product, per order.

That means you can order up to:
· 90 servings of :rise
· 90 servings of :rest
· 90 servings of :creamer
· and 90 servings of :sweetener
all in one order. But not 360 servings of :rise. Ya dig?

 


We aren’t currently shipping new orders to Quebec, but are looking into options to do so soon. Stay tuned.
